Checking your gift card balance
You can check your gift card balance at any Bloomingdale’s store, or by registering your card here and going to “Check My Balance”.
Redeeming a gift card
You can redeem your Bloomingdale’s gift card by shopping on our website or in our stores. The value on the card is valid for one year from the date of top-up.

Gift card expiry
Bloomingdale’s gift cards expire 1 year after being issued. If you top-up your card, the expiry is extended to 1 year from the last top-up.
Buying a gift card
You can buy a Bloomingdale’s gift card at our 360 Mall store and load it for any value. It is activated automatically and ready for use from the moment of purchase.
