The Bloomingdale’s Beauty loyalty program offers a range of beauty rewards, in-store experiences, early access to launches, curated Beauty Boxes and much much more. As an existing online customer you’re already entitled to enjoy and experience a beauty destination like no other.
If you are new to Bloomingdale's online, you can sign up by creating an account online now.
If you are an existing Bloomingdale's customer with a registered account online or via the app there’s no need to join – you’re already entitled to enjoy and experience the new Bloomingdale's Beauty program.
If you are new to Bloomingdale's or have not downloaded the Bloomingdale's Middle East app, you can enroll by signing up online, or via the app.
To sign up, you must provide a unique email address.
BB boxes, and vouchers are available to qualifying BB customers during certain times throughout the year. You will not receive a BB box or voucher immediately on a tier upgrade. Once you qualify, you must maintain the tier spend to receive your voucher. Vouchers are not dispatched automatically - you must be subscribed to receive communication on how to redeem your benefits.
The easiest and fastest way to find your personalized BB information is in your account details. Login to your account and select the Bloomie’s Beauty link in the menu. There you will find your BB tier, your annual points accrued and your points expiration date.

1. Check your email address and ensure you’re logged into the correct account.
2. If you shop in-store ensure you provide your AMBER ID when making your purchase.
3. Ensure your AMBER ID is linked to your Bloomingdale's account to ensure your points are added to the correct account.
To link your Amber to your account:
1) Log into your Bloomingdale’s account and go to the “Amber Rewards” section.
2) Enter your Amber card number or Amber-registered email.
3) Enter the verification code received from your email to link your account.
4) If you believe your points still aren’t reflecting correctly in your account, please reach out to our call center - +96522252184.
Please note, it can take at least 7 days for your purchase to show in your account. All in-store purchases should be made using your Amber account.

Bloomingdale’s Beauty customers will receive access to workshops in-store, launches and/or online events. Beauty Cognoscenti and Aficionados members will receive priority access in descending order of their total yearly spend and will be required to RSVP to reserve their place.
BB Boxes, or Bloomingdale’s Beauty Boxes are annual or bi-annual (depending on your tier) boxes with curated deluxe samples from the world’s best beauty brands. Aficionados and Cognoscenti are both eligible for BB Boxes, with Cognoscenti receiving the most premium offering twice-yearly and Aficionados receiving a box once a year.
Our BB voucher is an annual single-use, unique cash-value code sent to qualifying BB customers, and is based on your respective tier.
You will not qualify for a voucher until you reach Level 2.
Level 2 Beautopians receive one code valued at KWD 4, Level 3 Aficionados receive one code valued at KWD 8, and top-tier Level 4 Cognoscentis receive one code valued at KWD 12.
As a qualifying customer you would need to maintain your tier spend to receive your voucher. Likewise, you will not receive your voucher immediately on a change in tier as codes are dispatched once a year. Vouchers are not dispatched automatically - you must be subscribed to receive communication on how to redeem your benefits. Head to your account to sign up for notifications.

Unfortunately no, you will still need to have created an account at Bloomingdale’s online or via the Bloomingdale’s Middle East app. To ensure your purchases qualify please ensure you register or update your email address with the same unique email address on both programs.
No, only your beauty purchases made in store at Bloomingdale’s - Dubai Mall, Dubai; Bloomingdale’s 360 Mall, Kuwait, Bloomingdale's Beauty - Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi or online will contribute to your beauty spend. You need to however, have registered with the same email address for both Amber & Bloomingdale’s online.
