What’s my credit limit and how much can I spend with Taly?
At Taly, we don’t display a fixed credit limit because it can change based on your usage with other BNPL providers. Customers in Kuwait have a total BNPL limit of KWD 500 across all providers. For example, if you’ve used KWD 200 elsewhere, your available limit with Taly may be KWD 300. The best way to know your limit is to try making a purchase, if declined, reduce your cart amount and try again.
Why was my purchase not approved by Taly?
At Taly, every order is reviewed to ensure spending stays responsible and within safe limits. While most orders are approved, sometimes a purchase may not go through, even if you’ve used Taly before. Each transaction is assessed based on factors like your payment history, order amount, and current balance. Approval decisions are automatic and can’t be changed manually. If declined, try reducing your cart value and placing the order again.
Does Taly protect personal information?
Yes, we use advanced encryption and follow strict security protocols to protect your personal and payment information. Taly adheres to all applicable data protection laws, ensuring your information is handled responsibly and securely along with rules and regulations from the Central Bank of Kuwait.
