| How to use: | Due to its loose texture, fingerprint application is recommended for intense payoff with as minimal fallout as possible. For maximum pigmentation and shimmer, gently pat finger into Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment and lightly press onto the back of the hand to warm product, then blend onto the eyelid. Pat onto the centre of the lid to add glistening dimension to any eye look. Layer over eyeshadow with a metallic finish for an opaque, multi-dimensional shimmer effect. Balance two different finishes, matte and shimmer, by creating a look using only matte shades and accentuating the inner corner with Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment. |
