This eau de parfum opens with a flight of floral notes and a fresh breeze of bergamot, then warmed by enveloping and delicately powdery notes of iris, jasmine and rose. Shalimar - Easy to use
My mother's signature perfume has become harder to get so the online Guerlain has become a family lifeline for birthday and xmas. The little added extras like the bee friendly packaging and samples made it a lovely gift.

Shalimar has definitely changed, sadly
Yester-years beautiful, long lasting, seductive scent of Shalimar has been re-engineered to this weak, short lasting questionable scent. So disappointing. If it was to save money it was a mistake. I would have paid more for the original, but will never purchase this disappointing replica again. One less customer.

Best Birthday Present
My husband treated me to Shalimar for my birthday as this is my favourite fragrance, it is pure sophistication. Not only did Guerlain send this next day delivery free of charge, they also had my name engraved on the bottle. The Best Birthday Present!

Not the same formula. Weaker version of original and now I am told that no longer exists due to regulations. Cost more but I would expect that since it was several years ago last purchase.

There's Nothing Better Than Shalimar
Shalimar has been my signature sent all my life. I'm 75 and it still has the same effect on everyone who inhales! I receive a compliment! My husband of 40 years has her stopped enjoying the way I smell. For some reason he thinks it's very romantic. Who am I to argue?
