With your fingers bent, massage from the center of the face outwards with deep circular movements.
1 - UNDER THE JAW
Start below the jaw (under the chin), from the center of the face outwards.
2 - JAW
Continue along the jawline, from the chin towards the ears.
3 - CHEEKS
Continue from the jaw towards the cheeks, moving up towards the temples.
4 - FOREHEAD
Finish with the forehead, from the center of the face towards the temples.
Repeat all these movements 3 times.
