Preparation: Put 3-4 drops of Essence-in-lotion into the palms of your hands. Spread on the face and neck with soft pressures.

Self application:

• Hydra-bounces - use the base of the palms to smooth the face from the jawline to the cheekbones over the area, from the inside and outward. Repeat the gesture twice.
• Replump - Apply cupping pressure with the palms of your hands from the inside of the face outwards to replump the cheekbone. Repeat the gesture twice.
• Smooth & Lift - Apply by alternating upward smoothing gestures over the forehead and then the neck. Repeat the gesture twice for the forehead and the neck.
