Preparation: Put three pressures of Youth Reload Serum and spread on the face and neck.

Self application:

• Smooth & Lift the face - Work on one side of the face at a time. Apply alternate upward smoothing glide from the inner face outward. Carry on the alternate smoothing from the outline of the forehead to the center. Repeat on the opposite side of the face.
• Smooth & Lift the neck - Work on one side of the face at a time. Apply an alternate upward smoothing glide from the inner neck outward. Repeat the gesture four times, or five times if necessary.
• Fill-up - With both hands on one cheek at a time, grasp and pinch the skin and muscle between the length of fingers starting from jawline to the cheekbone two times or three times over the area. Repeat on the opposite cheek, and between the eyebrows twice. Complete by smoothing each side of the neck twice.
