Artist Color Pencil Extreme Waterproof Lip Liner

• Start by tracing the Cupid’s bow of the lip, ensuring the high points are balanced.
• Define the center of the bottom lip in parallel with the bow of the lip.
• Outline the corners of the lips, then trace along the natural lip line to connect all lines.
• Sharpen as needed for clean and precise lines.
• PRO TIP: To create volume and give the illusion of fuller lips, start tracing your lips from your outer corners to the center of your lips.
