The Diptyque Orphéon Perfumed Hand Cream wraps the skin in the intimate, smoky elegance of the founders’ beloved Parisian jazz club. Notes of juniper berries, tonka bean, tobacco, and burnished wood unfold with each application, evoking warm wood panels, soft lighting, and lingering conversations. The velvety texture melts effortlessly into the hands, deeply nourishing while leaving a refined, lasting sillage. Both comforting and sophisticated, it transforms a daily ritual into a moment steeped in memory and mood.

In Saint Germain, a neighbourhood brimming with the artistic and cultural ebullience of 1960s Paris, a creative adventure was born. Three multitalented aesthetes — Yves Coueslant, Christiane Montadre-Gautrot and Desmond Knox-Leet — were united by their travel-fueled imaginations, their fascination with great civilisations and their shared appreciation of beauty. Together, driven by boundless curiosity and with the freedom to explore it, they founded Diptyque. Creator of perfumes for the self and the home, scented skincare products and decorative objects, Maison Diptyque tells stories that set the imagination free. Each creation is, in itself, a mini world, a fragrant journey with some familiar paths and others that nourish inspiration and cultivate wonder. Diptyque extends a poetic invitation to step inside this world of bounty. Here, letters dance. A simple sketch brings an entire landscape to life. Emerging from the interplay of fragrance and image, it is a place between reverie and reality, between the intimate and the universal. Here, the imagination, liberated, may roam.
