For the neck, follow the contour of the face.

Use the entire surface of your palms and fingers to perform deep, enveloping effleurage movements.
Start with the T-zone and work your way up to the forehead, cheeks, lip contour, oval of the face and finally the trapezius.
Repeat the gesture three times for each area.

Using bent fingers, massage from the centre of the face outwards, using deep circular movements under the jawline, over the jawline, across the cheeks and then onto the forehead.
