Kilian Hennessy's Inspiration:
KILIAN PARIS releases its cognac-inspired perfume Angels’ Share in fresh styling, a co-creation between founder Kilian Hennessy and American rap artist, French Montana. Music drives all good nightlife, just like perfume—invisible vibes that uplift a party. And so does an incredible cognac inspired scent. Angels’ Share feat French Montana is the expression of this affinity between hip-hop culture and cognac.
The perfume:
The most personal fragrance of Kilian Hennessy served in a transparent bottle, chiseled with light-cutting angles like a “K” and engraved chains to refer to French Montana’s personal style. A blend based on a cognac accord, with genuine cognac essence lending the perfume a naturally derived caramel color, it also features notes of hazelnut, cinnamon, oak absolute and tonka bean. Its name references the liquor’s partial evaporation inside the oak barrels while aging in cellars, that lifts like a silent offering above called, in the industry, the “angels’ share” or “la part des anges."
